Our CSR initiatives in India focus on education, animal welfare, environmental restoration, and promoting eco-friendly industrial practices. Every step we take is aimed at contributing to a cleaner, greener, and more equitable tomorrow.

1. Purpose

This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy outlines the vision, mission, and objectives of Jairaj Ancillaries Private Limited (‘the Company’) to contribute positively to society and the environment in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014.

2.CSR Vision

To be a socially responsible organization by actively contributing to the social, economic, and environmental development of the communities in which we operate.

3.CSR Mission

To implement socially impactful and sustainable initiatives that support education, healthcare, environment, and community development, with a focus on inclusivity and compassion.

4.Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all CSR activities undertaken by the Company within India and is applicable to all employees, directors, and stakeholders involved in CSR initiatives.

5.Key Focus Areas

The Company has identified the following key areas for CSR engagement:

  • Education of the needy girl child and underprivileged students
  • Support for old age homes and healthcare for needy senior citizens
  • Promotion and protection of cow shelters (Gaushalas) and cow welfare
  • Wildlife and forest conservation efforts.

6. Other Eligible CSR Activities

In addition to the key focus areas, the Company may also support initiatives under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, such as:

  • Promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment
  • Environmental sustainability and ecological balance
  • Rural development projects
  • Contributions to PM CARES Fund or other government-approved relief efforts.

7. Implementation

CSR initiatives may be carried out:

  • Directly by the Company, or
  • Through registered not-for-profit organizations, NGOs, trusts, or other eligible entities with relevant experience
  • In collaboration with government bodies or corporate partners.

8. CSR Committee

The Board of Directors shall constitute a CSR Committee (if applicable as per financial thresholds) to:

  • Recommend CSR projects and budgets
  • Monitor project execution and progress
  • Ensure statutory compliance and ethical implementation

9. Budget and Expenditure

In accordance with the Companies Act, the Company will allocate at least 2% of the average net profits made during the three preceding financial years toward CSR activities. Any unspent amount will be managed as per applicable legal provisions.

10. Monitoring and Reporting

  • CSR programs will be regularly monitored through internal reviews and impact assessments
  • An annual report on CSR activities will be prepared and included in the Board Report as required under the law.

11. Policy Review

This CSR Policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to reflect changes in law, business priorities, and social impact goals.
